奧地利MESSTECHNIK-SCHALLER接近開(kāi)關(guān)、SCHALLER傳感器、SCHALLER安全開(kāi)關(guān)、SCHALLER電子開(kāi)關(guān)。SCHALLER接近開(kāi)關(guān)、SCHALLER傳感器是由奧地利梅斯-斯樂(lè)MESSTECHNIK SCHALLER公司生產(chǎn)的。 SCHALLER電感式接近開(kāi)關(guān)屬于一種有開(kāi)關(guān)量輸出的位置傳感器，它由LC高頻振蕩器和放大處理電路組成，利用金屬物體在接近這個(gè)能產(chǎn)生電磁場(chǎng)的振蕩感應(yīng)頭時(shí)，使物體內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生渦流。這個(gè)渦流反作用于接近開(kāi)關(guān)，使SCHALLER接近開(kāi)關(guān)振蕩能力衰減，內(nèi)部電路的參數(shù)發(fā)生變化，由此識(shí)別出有無(wú)金屬物體接近，進(jìn)而控制開(kāi)關(guān)的通或斷。這種接近開(kāi)關(guān)所能檢測(cè)的物體必須是金屬物體。SCHALLER電容式接近開(kāi)關(guān)亦屬于一種具有開(kāi)關(guān)量輸出的位置傳感器，它的測(cè)量頭通常是構(gòu)成電容器的一個(gè)極板，而另一個(gè)極板是物體的本身，當(dāng)物體移向接近開(kāi)關(guān)時(shí)，物體和SCHALLER接近開(kāi)關(guān)的介電常數(shù)發(fā)生變化，使得和測(cè)量頭相連的電路狀態(tài)也隨之發(fā)生變化，由此便可控制開(kāi)關(guān)的接通和關(guān)斷。這種接近開(kāi)關(guān)的檢測(cè)物體，并不限于金屬導(dǎo)體，也可以是絕緣的液體或粉狀物體,在檢測(cè)較低介電常數(shù)ε的物體時(shí)，可以順時(shí)針調(diào)節(jié)多圈電位器（位于開(kāi)關(guān)后部）來(lái)增加感應(yīng)靈敏度，一般調(diào)節(jié)電位器使電容式的接近開(kāi)關(guān)在0.7-0.8Sn的位置動(dòng)作。接近開(kāi)關(guān)：CND32PDS……， Messtechnik Schaller GmbH Measurement devices for humidity and material moisture - dampness - water content FS_3 Biomass: Thanks to the development of FS_3 Biomass it is possible to measure the moisture content of wood chips, barks, wooden pellets, wood shavings and sawdust with one instrument by very simple handling.
